Oca ha salido hoy de casa con sus dos hermanos pequeños y se los ha llevado a la montaña con los gilipollas de sus amigos. Pero no ha venido para pasar el día en el campo. Y no piensa volver a casa.

Oca went out with his two younger siblings today and took them to the mountains with his asshole friends. But he didn’t go there to spend the day in the countryside. And he’s not planning to go back home.

Jorge Cantos (Madrid, 1987), director, guionista y docente, es diplomado por la ECAM en Dirección Cinematográfica. En 2016 su cortometraje de fin de estudios Take Away gana FICUNAM y es seleccionado en festivales de todo el mundo. En 2020 gana con Ráfagas de vida salvaje, el Grand Prix LABO del Festival de Clermont Ferrand, así como la Biznaga de Plata a la Mejor Dirección en el Festival de Málaga y premios al Mejor Cortometraje de Producción Nacional en Mecal, Mejor Fotografía en Alcine y Mejor Cortometraje en la Semana del Cortometraje de la Comunidad de Madrid. Su tercer cortometraje SNHDN gana el premio Proyecto Corto de Movistar+ y Cinemajove. Actualmente desarrolla el largometraje Los vagabundos, seleccionado por el programa de Residencias de la Academia de Cine.

Jorge Cantos is a director who graduated from the Madrid Film School (ECAM) in 2016 with the fiction short film Take Away (2016), awarded as best short film at the FICUNAM International Film Festival (Mexico). He is also responsible for the documentary short films Dôtenh (2015), Pròt (2016) and Utopiazaleek bakarrik bizirik iraungo dute (Only utopists will survive, 2018), commissioned by the San Sebastian International Film Festival Gusts of wild life (2019) is his latest work of fiction.
