En su filmografía destacan los cortometrajes Classmate (2016), El vestido (2017), Uno (2018), Muero por volver (2019) y su trabajo más reciente, A la cara (2020), ganador del Premio Goya® a mejor cortometraje de ficción y nominado en los Premios Forqué. Su cortometraje Uno (2018) resultó ganador en los festivales Rio de Janeiro Curta Cinema y Brussels Short Film Festival y fue preseleccionado a los premios Oscar 2019. Javier Marco ha sido seleccionado en Berlinale Talents 2020 y en Reykjavik Talent Lab 2019. Actualmente se encuentra trabajando en la preproducción de su primer largometraje Josefina, que se rodará en abril de 2021 con el apoyo de RTVE e ICAA. His short film Uno (2018) won the Rio de Janeiro Curta Cinema Film Festival and Brussels Short Film Festival, being eligible for consideration in the Live Action Short film category of the Academy Awards. He is currently working on the pre-production of his first feature film Josefina, which will be shot in April 2021 with the support of RTVE and ICAA.
