A Andrea y a Adrián les une algo desde el mismo momento de su nacimiento, una inusual deformación óptica que les hace ver el mundo de una manera incompleta y complementaria a la vez. Los dos saben de la existencia del otro, ya que les trata la misma oculista, Sophie, y desde pequeños han fantaseado con la idea de encontrar algún día a su otra mitad.
Adrián and Andrea have been linked from the very moment they were born. A weird optical deformity makes them see the world in an incomplete but complementary way. They both know of each others existence, since they are treated by the same ophthalmologist, Sophie, and have been fantasying from their early days about finding their other half.
Quelque chose lie Adrián et Andrea depuis le moment même de leur naissance: une déformation optique inhabituelle qui leur fait voir le monde de façon à la fois incomplète et complémentaire. Ils sont tous deux au courant de l´existence de l´autre car ils sont suivis par la même ophtalmologue, Sophie, et depuis tout petits, ils ont rêvé de rencontrer un jour ou l´autre “leur autre moitié”.

Beatriz Sanchis es Licenciada en Comunicación Audiovisual. Su anterior trabajo como directora fue el cortometraje La clase con el que consiguió la nominación al Mejor Cortometraje Documental en los Goya 2009. Compagina su faceta de directora con otras como la dirección artística en películas y publicidad. Mi otra mitad ha sido ganador de los concursos de proyectos de Medina del Campo y del Heineken Greenspace 2009 y ha recibido el apoyo del ICAA, Comunidad de Madrid, Junta de Castilla y León, Canal + y Telemadrid.
Beatriz Sanchis is a graduate in Audiovisual Communication. Her previous work as director was the short film La Clase, with which she gained the nomination for Best Short Documentary at the 2009 Goyas. She combines her role as director with other facets, such as art direction on films and in advertising. My other half has won the projects contests in Medina del Campo and Heineken Greenspace 2009, and it has been supported by Spanish Institute of Cinema, Madrid Region Goverment, Castile and León Region Goverment, Canal + and Telemadrid.
Beatriz Sanchis a une maîtrise en Communication audiovisuelle. Son travail précédent en tant que réalisatrice est le court métrage La clase qui a été nominé au Goya 2009 du Meilleur court métrage documentaire. Elle est à la fois réalisatrice et directrice artistique de films et de publicité. Mon autre moitié a remporté le concours de projets de Medina del Campo et celui du Heineken Greenspace 2009, et a reçu le soutien de l´ICAA (équilvalent du CNC), de la Région de Madrid, de Castilla y Leon, de Canal + et de Telemadrid.
